Terminal Desktop

This service doesn't require employees to have a local desktop as it allows them to work at any location and at any point in time. They are able to gain access to the desktop as long as there is an internet connection. All information and data are stored centrally for easy access to data. Furthermore, this is very secure as VPN is required in order to get access to the data.

Terminal server

Located on the server:
1. The C:\ drive of all work stations
2. Any shared network drives and all Summit Event files (.eve).

User profiles

Each user between the network has their own Profile which is their personal access to their C:\ drive to the server as well as all shared drives and files. Each profile must have its own copy of the Summit software.
