I would like to compliment your employees for the brilliant service they have provided us, especially with my last request. Weng Wah, Wen Jun and Yee Pin understood the extreme urgency in which I needed a replacement laptop charger and the actual lead time from my request to the delivery of the replacement was exactly 25.50 hours.
